As we speak SADD week packs are being compiled and reminder postcards printed and sent to a school near you. SADD Awareness Week 2010 is coming up on August 9-15! So here’s a little reminder to get thinking about cool events to hold at your school. This year’s theme is Student movement—pushing for positive culture change! Think Obama 08, Martin Luther King Jr., Dame Whina Cooper, even Greenday. Placards, petitions, poster drops and other student-led events are a great way to raise awareness and get your community behind you!
